Who we are
Hi, we’re Darylee and Tyler.
We live near Windansea, a few minutes from the homes we look after. Neptune Home Watch is the two of us, and we do the work ourselves.
Darylee’s background is property operations: keeping homes maintained, vendors on schedule and owners in the loop. She’ll walk your home with you and make the visits.
Tyler covers visits when Darylee can’t, on the same checklist, and he designed the reports you’ll get.
We look after every house the way we’d want someone to look after ours.

Tag 14 carries a number, never a name or an address.
Keys, codes and privacy
- Your keys
- Each key goes on a numbered tag with no name or address on it. The list that matches numbers to houses is kept apart from the keys, and every time a key goes out, the log says who, when and why.
- Your alarm code
- We ask for a code of our own. Your alarm history then shows our visits, and you can switch us off without changing anyone else’s. Codes never go on a tag or in a text.
- Your vendors
- We let them in and photograph what they did. Signature includes up to two hours a month of staying while they work, and after that it’s $75 an hour. They bill you directly, and we never mark up a repair.
- Your privacy
- We never share client names or addresses, and we never tell anyone when you’re away. We don’t post photos of your house anywhere. If you or your family office uses an NDA, we’ll sign it.
Where we work
La Jolla, from Bird Rock to La Jolla Farms.
The Village, the Shores, the Muirlands, Country Club, both Hermosas and the Barber Tract. Del Mar by arrangement. Windansea to La Jolla Farms is about fifteen minutes by car.
