We provide trusted access to your home for your preferred contractors and service providers, coordinate appointments when requested, and follow up to ensure scheduled work is completed.
How it works
Signature includes up to two hours a month. After that, and on Essential, it’s $75 an hour.

Your providers
Your housekeeper, gardener, pool company or heating and air technician can work in your home without you needing to be there.

We let them in
We provide access, meet them when requested, and lock up after.

We document the visit
Photos of the work in your report, and a follow-up to make sure it was finished.

They bill you directly
Vendors bill you directly, and Neptune does not add a markup to their invoices.

Who does what
- Neptune does
- Home watch visits, key holding and access, basic home care, concierge and errands, storm and emergency checks, and vendor access and coordination.
- Your service providers do
- Plumbing, heating and air, electrical, pool service, landscaping, cleaning, and any repair or specialized work.
