Ready when you land. Closed up when you leave.
Tell us when you’re coming and how you like the house. We get it ready, and send a photo so you know it’s done.
Before you arrive
The house ready for you
Arrival prep is $150, plus what we buy. It’s included in Estate.
- Lights and temperature
- Lights on for when you get in, and the house at the temperature you like.
- Groceries and flowers
- The fridge stocked from your list, and fresh flowers if you’d like them.
- Beds and towels
- Beds made and towels out, so you can go straight to sleep after a late flight.
- Aired out
- Windows opened and the house aired, which matters after a closed-up month of June gloom.
After you leave
Closed up properly
Closing up is $150. It’s included in Estate.
- The kitchen
- Perishables out and the fridge cleared, so nothing spoils while you’re gone.
- Systems set
- Thermostat and water heater set for an empty house, and the water off at the main if that’s what we agreed.
- Locked and armed
- Every door and window checked, and the alarm on.
- A report
- Photos of the house as we left it, so the first visit has something to compare against.
Family and guests
If family or friends use the house while you’re away, we can get it ready for them and close it after they leave, at the same prices.
How much notice do you need?
A few days is best, so there’s time to shop and get the house to temperature. If your plans change at the last minute, call Darylee and we’ll do what we can.
How do I pay?
Monthly, in advance. Anything extra, like arrival prep, is invoiced the week it happens. Vendors bill you directly.
