Between your visits home, the plants still need water, the packages still arrive and the holidays still come. We take care of it.
What we can do
- Plants and garden
- Indoor plants watered when we visit, if that’s part of your plan. Outside, we check the irrigation runs and tell your gardener if something is struggling.
- Home freshen-up
- Windows opened, linens refreshed and the house aired out before you or your guests arrive. Part of arrival prep.
- Holiday decorating
- Tree, lights and decorations up before you arrive, and packed away after you leave. $95 an hour, plus materials.
- Mail and packages
- Brought in and kept inside, so the house never looks empty from the street. Mail is in every plan; packages from Signature up.
- Errands
- A delivery to wait for, dry cleaning, a key for a guest or a cleaner. Billed like an extra visit, $75 an hour.
How do I pay?
Monthly, in advance. Anything extra, like arrival prep, is invoiced the week it happens. Vendors bill you directly.
Can I try it once?
Yes. The walkthrough is free, and you get an example report for your own house before you sign up for anything.
