Extras, when you need them.

Any plan can add these, and you pay only when you use them. Estate includes arrival prep, closing up and errands.

Before you arrive

Arrival prep

$150 plus purchases. From $250 plus purchases for homes over 4,000 sq ft.

Lights and temperature: Lights on for when you arrive, and the house at the temperature you like.
Groceries and flowers: The fridge stocked from your list, and fresh flowers if you’d like them.
Beds and towels: Beds made and towels out, so you can go straight to sleep after a late flight.
Aired out: Windows opened and the house aired, which matters after a closed-up month of June gloom.

After you leave

$150. From $250 for homes over 4,000 sq ft.

The kitchen: Perishables cleared and the fridge checked, so nothing spoils while you’re gone.
The house set for being empty: Thermostat and water heater set the way you agreed, and the water off at the main if you want it.
Locked and armed: Every door and window checked, and the alarm armed.
A report: Photos of the house as we left it, so the next visit has something to compare against.

Errands and small tasks

$75 an hour, one-hour minimum. $125 an hour for homes over 4,000 sq ft. Mail and packages come with every plan.

Groceries: The fridge and pantry stocked from your list.
Deliveries: Packages received and brought inside.
Plants: Indoor plants watered, and the irrigation checked between your gardener’s visits.
Bins: Out and back in on collection day.
Errands: Dry cleaning, a key for a guest, or something picked up or dropped off.
Small jobs: Light bulbs, batteries and resetting devices you’ve approved. Repairs go to your vendor.

Holidays

Decorations for whichever holidays you celebrate, put up before you arrive and packed away after you leave.

From $195 plus materials.

Storm season

$95 to $250, depending on the house. $150 to $350 for homes over 4,000 sq ft.

Before the rain: Drains and downspouts cleared from the ground, patio furniture and cushions in, and the irrigation paused.
Before the Santa Anas: Umbrellas down, anything loose brought inside, and the windows shut.
Your shutoffs: We confirm where your water, gas and power shutoffs are, with a photo of each in your house file.

More time

An extra visit before guests arrive or after a storm, or more time letting vendors in than your plan includes.

$75 an hour. $125 an hour for homes over 4,000 sq ft.

If family or friends use the house while you’re away, we can get it ready for them and close it up after, at the same prices.

We spend about 30 minutes at the house and suggest the plan that fits. You don’t need to be there.
